This role sits close to the work, supporting projects as they move through kickoff, planning, production, and delivery. The Associate Project Manager will support senior project leadership while also taking ownership of defined project tasks and, as workload allows, independently managing smaller scale projects. This is an on-site production role for someone who knows how work moves through a shop: what needs to be staged, what needs to be packed, what needs to be tracked, what can slow a job down, and what has to be handled before it becomes a problem. This role is built around presence, follow through, and sound production judgment. The work calls for someone who can stay close to the floor, understand the schedule, communicate clearly across teams, and help keep people, materials, inventory, quality, and deadlines moving in sync. As the CAD Detailer, you will translate approved concepts into precise, production-ready construction documents that fabrication teams can trust down to the last dimension and callout.
