A design forward exhibit and event production team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects with precision, accountability, and a strong command of execution. This organization delivers custom environments through integrated capabilities spanning design, fabrication, graphics, show services, warehouse support, and experiential marketing, creating a highly collaborative setting for someone who knows how to move ambitious work from concept to show floor. From custom builds to ongoing client programs, the Senior Project Manager brings clarity to moving parts, keeps standards high, and helps ensure every deliverable is aligned, accurate, and ready when it counts.

• Lead exhibit and event projects from turnover through completion, ensuring quality, accuracy,
timeliness, and budget adherence
• Manage high caliber custom builds as well as existing client projects and ongoing programs
• Partner closely with operations leadership to ensure project management processes and procedures
are followed consistently
• Serve as a resource to other project managers when challenges arise, offering guidance and
escalating major issues when needed
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding event details, exhibit requirements, timelines, and
updates
• Work cross functionally with internal departments including operations, sales, account management,
engineering, and production to accomplish project goals
• Coordinate with vendors on event details, sourcing, logistics, and execution requirements
• Create and maintain project timelines including artwork deadlines, inbound materials, approvals, and
final decisions
• Procure job specific materials and track estimated versus actual costs
• Manage cost to revenue ratios in support of financial goals
• Input and maintain project data within internal systems for accurate tracking of proposed and sold
work
• Communicate schedule conflicts clearly and in a timely manner to the appropriate stakeholders
• Research and evaluate third party vendors and provide detailed sourcing information
• Maintain awareness of new materials, suppliers, and production techniques in the market
• Interact effectively with show site installation and dismantle labor teams
• Schedule and lead production related meetings as needed
• Red line drawings, coordinate with engineering and shop teams, and approve drawings
• Review show services estimates with internal partners to ensure all required elements are accounted
for ahead of delivery
• Travel to show site as needed to supervise assets and support the client onsite
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support successful project outcomes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in the trade show and exhibit industry
• Strong experience with project pricing, purchasing, and vendor negotiations
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities across sales, design, account management, and
production
• Ability to manage costs, timelines, and customer expectations simultaneously
• Ability to read design drawings
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines
• Clear and effective communication style with clients, vendors, and colleagues
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness and ability to travel for site installations as needed
