Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship cultivation within the Southern California event and production community.

Build and maintain partnerships with decision-makers in event production, AV, and marketing.

Design creative, cost-effective solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Manage projects from proposal through post-show, ensuring flawless coordination with logistics and technical operations.

Maintain a steady pipeline while meeting or exceeding activity and revenue goals.

Stay current on event technology trends, AV innovations, and production best practices to deliver consultative value to every client.
Requirements

5+ years of sales experience within AV, live events, or event technology.

Proven record of revenue growth and closing key accounts.

Solid technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and computing systems.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

A driven, self-starting mindset with a collaborative spirit and hunger to grow market share.
