To continue that work, they are hiring an Account Executive who blends strong relationship instincts with disciplined sales habits and a passion for experiential storytelling. This role is built for someone who understands the power of face to face experiences and knows how to translate that into relationships that last and pipelines that perform.

Responsibilities
• Build client relationships through clear communication, planning, and follow through
• Create & manage a personal sales strategy that blends prospecting with pipeline development
• Set revenue goals and use data to track progress, identify patterns, and guide decisions
• Maintain clean, organized CRM activity that supports forecasting and strong visibility
• Strengthen existing accounts and uncover new opportunities for growth
• Work with marketing to boost outreach across social channels, networking events, & trade shows
• Support onsite needs and build new connections
• Represent clients at industry events with confidence and professionalism
• Collaborate with other Account Executives to share insights, support coverage, & elevate the team
• Engage fully in a structured onboarding experience that prepares you for long term success
• Travel regularly to connect with clients, visit events, and support business development
Requirements
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• 3 to 5+ years of sales experience in exhibits, experiential marketing, or a related environment
• Confidence selling to Director and C Suite leaders
• Experience managing $2M+ in annual revenue
• An entrepreneurial mindset that acts on opportunity
• Comfort working in a fast moving, creative environment
• A consistent record of hitting sales goals and driving results
• Integrity, reliability, and a team focused approach
