Our client is a full-service exhibit and event partner that designs, builds, and delivers custom trade show exhibits, branded environments, and live event experiences for brands across the U.S. The team sits under one roof including designers, account leads, and fabricators working side-by-side to get smart, well-built work onto the show floor.

Responsibilities

Design trade show exhibits, branded environments, and live event elements in 3D, from initial concept through developed design

Translate client objectives, brand standards, and messaging into spatial concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling

Produce renderings, floorplans, elevations, and design decks that clearly communicate ideas to internal teams and clients

Work hand-in-hand with account, project management, and production teams to align on budget, feasibility, and timelines

Incorporate feedback and revisions while preserving the core design intent

Prepare and organize design files and assets to support estimating, engineering, and fabrication

Stay curious about materials, lighting, finishes, and technologies used in exhibits and environments

Contribute positively to a tight-knit team culture through reliability, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset
Requirements

1–4 years of professional experience in exhibit design, environmental design, interior design, industrial design, or a related field

A portfolio that shows strong foundational skills in 3D design and layout

3D modeling software, Form-Z and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency

An eye for composition, proportion, and user flow in three-dimensional space

Strong communication skills. You’re comfortable talking through ideas with teammates and taking feedback

Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

A team-first attitude, willing to jump in, ask questions, and support the project wherever needed

Familiarity with trade show or event industry workflows, timelines, or show-site realities

Exposure to fabrication methods, materials, or shop processes

Experience with motion, animation, or interactive elements

Internship or prior experience within an exhibit house, creative studio, or event production company
