Senior Account Manager, Trade Shows & Exhibits, Remote

Emerge XP is partnering with an established, full-service exhibit and event organization that is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships, grow existing business, and bring strategic thinking to trade show, exhibit, and event programs. This is a highly visible client leadership role for someone who knows how to build trust, anticipate needs, and keep both the big picture and the details moving in the right direction. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams across creative, project management, production, operations, logistics, and other partners to turn ideas and objectives into successful programs. The right person brings strong industry experience, sound judgment, and a polished but approachable communication style. Just as important, you know how to become a trusted extension of the client’s team rather than simply manage projects from one event to the next. Why This Role This role is built for someone who knows how to strengthen client relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and keep complex programs moving with confidence. At its core, it’s about becoming a trusted partner to the client while ensuring every program is executed at a high level. You’ll have the opportunity to become deeply embedded in your clients’ trade show and event programs by understanding their brands, business priorities, annual calendars, exhibit assets, budgets, and evolving needs while helping shape strategies that strengthen their programs over time. The role also carries meaningful ownership protecting project profitability, leading cross-functional teams, and navigating the changes and challenges that come with complex live programs.

VP of Operations, Exhibits, Midwest

This is a high standards exhibit manufacturing environment where craftsmanship, accountability, and follow through are the expectation. The team is growing and investing in the operation with one goal in mind: deliver exceptional work consistently, at scale, with a plant culture people are proud to be part of. This is the senior onsite operations leadership seat for the entire plant. You will own the full manufacturing engine: people, inventory, equipment, facility, and the operating system that ties it all together. The mandate is not simply to keep production moving. It is to build clarity, strengthen execution, and raise performance through structure, training, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with the owner and cross functional leaders to ensure work moves cleanly from sales, design, and CAD into production, and out the door with confidence. The owner is looking for a leader who is present, steady, and respected on the floor. Someone who sets the pace, builds alignment, and develops leaders who can run with responsibility. The right VP creates an environment where expectations are clear, communication is direct, and people know what great looks like. Why This Role This is a rare opportunity to step into a true ownership seat without the politics or red tape that slows most operations down. You will have the authority to set the standard, the support to invest in the right systems and training, and the proximity to the work to see your impact immediately. If you’re a senior exhibit operations leader who wants to build an operation that runs clean, develops strong supervisors, and delivers at a level clients can feel, this role gives you the runway and backing to do it. Relocation assistance is available for the right leader who wants to plant roots, take the helm, and scale something meaningful.

Director of Operations, Exhibits, Midwest

This client is a fast-growing, execution-first team built for high-quality exhibit and event work—where ownership, urgency, and pride in craft are lived daily. The operation moves with pace and precision, collaborates closely across departments, and invests in continuous improvement as the business scales. This Director of Operations seat is for a leader who can strengthen the full operational engine setting the standard, building the rhythm, and elevating performance through people, process, and discipline. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end delivery across scheduling, warehouse/staging flow, shipping/logistics, and install/dismantle execution. That means establishing operating cadence, developing leaders, and implementing scalable systems that make performance repeatable and measurable especially during high-volume cycles. You’ll partner across Sales, Project Management, Client Services, Design, and Finance to ensure projects land on time, on budget, and at a consistent standard while continuously improving throughput, accuracy, and team capability. Why This Role Own operations at the leadership level. You’re accountable for performance, systems, and the standard. Scale with intention. Build structure, cadence, and controls that support growth. Lead people and outcomes. Hire, develop, coach, and retain a team that executes with pride and consistency. Stay close to execution. Strategic leadership with practical presence when it matters most.

Warehouse Manager, Exhibits, Midwest

Emerge XP is partnering with an exhibit and event production team to hire a Warehouse Manager who brings structure, pace, and pride to the backbone of the operation. This role is all about keeping show-critical materials moving.  Client properties, rentals, crates, graphics, hardware, and equipment so production schedules stay intact and event timelines don’t slip.  If you’re the kind of leader who loves an organized warehouse, accurate inventory, and a team that knows exactly what “ready to ship” looks like, this is a role where you can make a real impact every single day.

CAD Detailer, Exhibits, Midwest

Our client is a full-service experiential partner that designs, builds, and installs trade show exhibits, showrooms, and other live brand environments. Their team is known for acting as combining strategy, creativity, craftsmanship, and hands-on support to deliver a smooth show program from concept through dismantle and storage. They support custom and rental programs, along with complementary capabilities that can include interiors, events, graphics, and integrated technologies. This is a hands-on detailing role for someone who loves turning big creative ideas into build-ready reality. As the CAD Detailer, you will translate approved concepts into precise, production-ready construction documents that fabrication teams can trust down to the last dimension and callout. You’ll collaborate closely with design, project management, and production to keep projects moving, reduce shop-floor friction, and ensure the finished product looks as good in real life as it did in the render. Why This Role Your work drives the build: you produce documentation the shop relies elevating quality. High collaboration, low silo: partner daily with Designers, Project Managers, and Production to resolve constructability questions early. Variety and momentum: support a mix of exhibits and environments with real pace and real deadlines. Trusted technical voice: you’ll own drawings, revisions, and standards bringing calm, clarity, and precision to the build process.
