You’ll own internal production projects from kickoff through completion driving timeline, coordinating departments, and keeping every moving piece aligned. It’s a hands-on role built for someone who understands how fabrication runs: the handoffs, the dependencies, and the real-world decisions that protect schedule, quality, and margin. Why This Role You’re at the center of the build. You’ll partner directly with CAD, purchasing, graphics, production, and warehouse, keeping momentum tight and communication clean. You’re working with a team that values craft. This is a “details matter” environment where quality and client experience aren’t optional.
