Salary: $85K - $100K + Bonus (Relocation Assistance Available)
Location: Texas
Type: Full-Time On-Site
Position: Warehouse Operations Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, operationally driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse execution for a high performance exhibit production firm supporting trade show programs, rental inventory, custom builds, and asset movement. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who brings discipline, urgency, and structure to a fast paced environment where timing, accuracy, and execution matter. You’ll own the day to day rhythm of the warehouse, driving readiness across staging, returns, inventory control, and internal coordination. The right person is hands on, highly organized, and confident leading both people and process. This individual knows how to build accountability, elevate standards, and create a warehouse operation that runs with consistency, speed, and precision.

Why This Role
This role is central to operational success. It touches every part of warehouse performance, from exhibit readiness and asset flow to team leadership and execution quality. A strong leader in this seat will bring tighter control to the operation, raise the level of consistency across workflows, and help create the infrastructure needed to support growth. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact inside a business where operations directly influence delivery, quality, and long term scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily execution of warehouse operations across staging, storage, returns, asset handling, and floor activity
  • Ensure exhibit materials, booth components, and supporting assets are prepared, organized, and deployment ready for upcoming programs
  • Drive staging execution with a strong focus on readiness, quality, pace, and presentation
  • Oversee the flow of returned materials, ensuring assets are properly reviewed, documented, sorted, and directed for storage, repair, or future use
  • Create a more disciplined and efficient warehouse environment through stronger process ownership and workflow management
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a warehouse team that can perform at a high level in a deadline driven setting
  • Improve visibility and control across inventory, storage practices, and asset movement throughout the operation
  •  Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align warehouse activity with schedules, production needs, and delivery expectations
  •  Strengthen operating procedures and day to day standards to improve consistency, reduce executional errors, and support smoother throughput
  •  Recognize breakdowns in workflow early, solve problems quickly, and keep warehouse activity moving without losing control of detail
  •  Reinforce a culture of ownership, urgency, teamwork, and pride in execution
  •  Support broader operational growth by helping build a warehouse function that is more scalable, responsive, and reliable

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a related operational environment
  • Experience in exhibits, trade shows, events, experiential, or another deadline sensitive, project based business is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams, create structure, and drive results in a fast moving setting
  • Strong command of warehouse workflow, asset handling, inventory movement, and operational organization
  • Ability to manage multiple moving priorities while maintaining strong execution and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
  • A hands-on leadership style with sound judgment, accountability, and follow through
  • Demonstrated success improving process flow, team performance, and day to day operational execution
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes in a high accountability environment
  • Forklift certification is a plus
