Emerge XP is recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager for an established exhibit production and event services organization supporting exhibit houses and experiential agencies. This is a client-facing opportunity for someone who brings the operational expertise of a seasoned Project Manager and the relationship-building instincts of an exceptional Account Manager. The ideal candidate understands what it takes to execute a successful trade show project, from production and logistics through installation and show-floor delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead trade show and exhibit projects from initial planning through production, logistics, installation and dismantle (I&D), and closeout
• Serve as the primary contact for exhibit house and experiential agency partners, managing expectations and strengthening client relationships
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, scope, rental assets, transportation, and labor coordination
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, logistics, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Anticipate challenges, navigate changing priorities, and resolve issues while protecting timelines, budgets, and quality
• Manage project documentation, status updates, scope changes, and financial tracking
• Drive pre-show readiness and quality control to ensure successful execution and a consistently strong client experience

Requirements

• Strong project management experience within trade show exhibits, experiential environments, exhibit fabrication, or related event production
• Working knowledge of exhibit production, rental systems, show services, logistics, and installation and dismantle
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, deadlines, and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to serve as a trusted client-facing partner
• Strong financial awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to balance client expectations with operational realities
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges and changing project requirements
• Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
