They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on complex programs driving the work through planning, production, logistics, on-site execution, and close-out. This role is ideal for someone who can step into active projects mid-stream, bring structure quickly, and make disciplined decisions that protect both quality and profitability.

Responsibilities

Take ownership at post-sale handoff and drive projects through completion, reconciliation, and billing readiness

Translate client goals into a workable plan: milestones, schedules, responsibilities, and execution path

Lead internal kickoff and ongoing coordination across design, detailing, production, warehouse, and field partners

Manage scope movement with disciplined change control, updated documentation, and clear client communication

Maintain project records that support delivery and billing: work orders, schedules, field documentation, and approvals

Build and manage project budgets, tracking cost exposure early and addressing risk before it impacts margin

Coordinate fabrication readiness and quality checks prior to shipment to reduce surprises on-site

Own show services and advance logistics: paperwork, labor orders, vendor coordination, and shipping plans

Direct install and dismantle execution—either on-site or through field supervision—ensuring plans are followed and issues are resolved quickly

Track labor, materials, and overtime accurately for clean reconciliation and close-out

Capture overages/extras and package complete documentation for invoicing support

Maintain accurate inventory and storage records in coordination with warehouse operations

Create clear, detailed field packets for traveling supervisors and third-party labor teams

Contribute to process improvements that strengthen consistency, speed, and execution quality
Requirements

5–8+ years of project leadership experience in exhibits, trade shows, or live events (senior-level ownership)

Strong understanding of exhibit fabrication workflows, materials, and production sequencing

Ability to interpret drawings and translate details into actionable next steps for internal teams and vendors

Experience supporting or leading on-site installs/dismantles, including labor coordination and vendor management

Financial discipline: comfort owning budgets, tracking cost exposure, and protecting profitability

Ability to manage multiple complex programs at once without losing accuracy or urgency
-
Clear client communication and confident expectation-setting especially when timelines or scope move
-
Effective cross-functional leadership with sales, design, production, and field teams

Experience guiding junior project managers is a plus

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a high-accountability environment
