Salary: $90K-$100K
Location: Las Vegas, On-site
Type: Full-Time On-Site
Position: Senior Project Manager

Our client is a trade show exhibit partner built for high-precision execution where timelines are real, details matter, and delivery needs to match what was sold. They operate with a hands-on, solutions-first mindset and rely on strong project leadership to keep teams aligned, vendors accountable, and clients confident from start to finish. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on complex programs driving the work through planning, production, logistics, on-site execution, and close-out. This role is ideal for someone who can step into active projects mid-stream, bring structure quickly, and make disciplined decisions that protect both quality and profitability.

Why This Role
  • High-trust, high-visibility work. Your ability to create clarity and follow-through directly impacts repeat business and margin performance.

  • Built for an experienced professional. This role rewards decisive project leadership, clean documentation, and proactive risk management.

  • Cross-functional partnership. You’ll work closely with sales, production, design, warehouse, and field teams to keep execution tight.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership at post-sale handoff and drive projects through completion, reconciliation, and billing readiness

  • Translate client goals into a workable plan: milestones, schedules, responsibilities, and execution path

  • Lead internal kickoff and ongoing coordination across design, detailing, production, warehouse, and field partners

  • Manage scope movement with disciplined change control, updated documentation, and clear client communication

  • Maintain project records that support delivery and billing: work orders, schedules, field documentation, and approvals

  • Build and manage project budgets, tracking cost exposure early and addressing risk before it impacts margin

  • Coordinate fabrication readiness and quality checks prior to shipment to reduce surprises on-site

  • Own show services and advance logistics: paperwork, labor orders, vendor coordination, and shipping plans

  • Direct install and dismantle execution—either on-site or through field supervision—ensuring plans are followed and issues are resolved quickly

  • Track labor, materials, and overtime accurately for clean reconciliation and close-out

  • Capture overages/extras and package complete documentation for invoicing support

  • Maintain accurate inventory and storage records in coordination with warehouse operations

  • Create clear, detailed field packets for traveling supervisors and third-party labor teams

  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen consistency, speed, and execution quality

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of project leadership experience in exhibits, trade shows, or live events (senior-level ownership)

  • Strong understanding of exhibit fabrication workflows, materials, and production sequencing

  • Ability to interpret drawings and translate details into actionable next steps for internal teams and vendors

  • Experience supporting or leading on-site installs/dismantles, including labor coordination and vendor management

  • Financial discipline: comfort owning budgets, tracking cost exposure, and protecting profitability

  • Ability to manage multiple complex programs at once without losing accuracy or urgency

  • Clear client communication and confident expectation-setting especially when timelines or scope move

  • Effective cross-functional leadership with sales, design, production, and field teams

  • Experience guiding junior project managers is a plus

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a high-accountability environment
