Emerge XP is supporting a well established, full service exhibit and brand experience organization in hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive net new business. This role is ideal for a seller who knows how to open doors, create demand, and turn high value prospects into long term client partnerships. You’ll sell a robust portfolio of face to face marketing solutions, including custom exhibits, rentals, trade show programs, branded environments, events, graphics, logistics, storage, show services, and turnkey support. This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands the exhibit and experiential space, sells with confidence, and knows how to connect brand goals to smart, strategic solutions. Responsibilities

  • Sell a full suite of trade show, exhibit, event, and experiential marketing solutions
  • Identify, engage, and convert high value prospects into new clients
  • Build credibility quickly through consultative discovery, industry knowledge, and value based storytelling
  • Own pipeline creation and momentum through consistent prospecting and follow up
  • Use email, social outreach, cold calling, referrals, industry events, and in person engagement to generate opportunities
  • Leverage a modern sales approach to improve efficiency, activity, and conversion
  • Lead strategic business discussions with marketing, event, trade show, brand, and procurement stakeholders
  • Manage pricing conversations, deal strategy, proposal development, and forecasting with strong discipline
  • Close business with a focus on strong win rates, healthy deal sizes, and long term account potential
  • Collaborate with design, production, project management, marketing, and leadership teams to shape strong client solutions
  • Bring client insights back into the business to support smarter proposals, stronger positioning, and better outcomes
  • Help align creative ideas with operational realities, budgets, timelines, and brand objectives
  • Develop land and expand strategies to deepen newly acquired relationships over the first 12 months
  • Identify expansion opportunities across future shows, events, branded environments, program management, and support services
  • Connect evolving client goals to the right mix of solutions and long term partnership opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in custom exhibits, trade shows, experiential marketing, events, or branded environments
  • Proven ability to hunt, close, and drive net new revenue
  • Confident, self directed, and consistent with daily outbound activity
  • Strong understanding of face to face marketing, exhibit programs, event environments, and brand experience solutions
  • Strong CRM proficiency and comfort using prospecting tools and sales enablement platforms
  • Disciplined pipeline management with a conversion focused approach
  • Ability to sell into mid-market and enterprise accounts and facilitate strategic business discussions
  • Highly collaborative and effective communicator
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to uncover client goals, budgets, timelines, and decision processes
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, industry events, and key relationship building opportunities
