They are actively seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive. This is a seat where you can have smart conversations with decision-makers, sell solutions that genuinely move the needle, and build a book of business you’re proud of. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll develop new client relationships, uncover objectives, present tailored solutions, close business, and grow long-term partnerships. You’ll generate your own leads while also working inbound/company-provided opportunities—then become a true partner in your clients’ success.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business in the Phoenix market (and beyond, as needed)

Run discovery to understand goals, timelines, and the “why” behind each project

Present solutions clearly and confidently, aligning strategy to outcomes

Close new business and expand accounts through ongoing relationship management

Stay organized: pipeline tracking, follow-up discipline, and opportunity planning
Requirements

3–5 years of successful sales experience

Strong prospecting skills and comfort building relationships from scratch

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

Confident presentation skills with the ability to drive clarity and action

Highly organized, detail-aware, and consistent with follow-through
