This is a high-impact Senior Account Executive role with a full-service exhibit + experiential organization known for design-forward thinking and execution that holds up under real show-floor pressure. You’ll drive new business, deepen key relationships, and sell solutions that span custom + modular exhibits, rentals, branded environments, and experiential activations backed by real production capability and a team that knows how to deliver.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline through strategic prospecting, outreach, networking, and targeted market research

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify opportunities with strong discovery and clear next steps

  • Develop pitch decks, capabilities presentations, strategic/tactical concepts, and written proposals

  • Lead client conversations with confidence

  • Negotiate terms and prepare contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and task orders

  • Partner closely with internal teams to align on scope, feasibility, timelines, and client expectations

  • Communicate clearly throughout the sales cycle to maintain trust and momentum

  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports leadership can rely on

  • Represent the organization as a trusted solution provider and brand partner in exhibits + experiential

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales success in trade shows / exhibits / experiential (or closely related brand environment work)

  • A consistent track record of generating new opportunities and expanding accounts

  • Strong pipeline discipline: you know how to build it, manage it, and move it forward

  • Confidence in high-volume activity: research, outreach, appointment setting, follow-up, and closing

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills (polished, clear, client-ready)

  • Strong PC/CRM skills to support selling, forecasting, and reporting

  • Travel as needed for client meetings, programs, and industry events
