Emerge XP is partnering with a Florida-based experiential design and fabrication team to hire a Project Manager who loves turning big ideas into real-world builds. This group brings custom exhibits, brand activations, and immersive environments to life—where design, CNC, print/production, warehouse, I&D, and asset management all move in sync. Responsibilities
- Lead assigned projects from kickoff through final closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track

Build and manage project plans using project tools (Trello/NetSuite or similar) and keep documentation organized and current

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, proactive updates, and milestone tracking

Drive approvals and decision points, ensuring designs, specs, and production details align before builds move forward

Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, CNC fabrication, print/production, warehouse/I&D, and asset management to ensure smooth hand offs

Confirm measurements, materials, graphics requirements, hardware, crating, shipping details, and show-site logistics

Review drawings, renderings, shop plans, and production files for accuracy and completeness

Track costs, labor, materials, and change orders, maintaining clean records and reporting

Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues quickly, and keep projects moving when priorities shift

Occasionally support install/dismantle efforts and act as a calm on-site liaison when needed

Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen how projects are managed across the organization
Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management experience (trade show, fabrication, events, experiential, or related fields strongly preferred)

Microsoft Office proficiency (3+ years) with comfort managing reports, documentation, and project communication

Strong organizational and communication skills—clear, consistent, and professional

Ability to read or quickly learn technical drawings (CAD/shop drawings)

Comfort managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities without losing control of the details

Experience with Trello, NetSuite, or similar PM/ERP tools (a plus)
