Emerge XP is recruiting a Production Coordinator for an established organization providing exhibit production, logistics, and event execution services to the trade show and experiential industry. We’re looking for an emerging professional with some relevant experience, strong organizational instincts, and the ambition to grow into broader project ownership. You may have started your career in exhibit production, project coordination, logistics, or client services. What matters is your ability to learn quickly, take initiative, communicate effectively, and bring a genuine sense of ownership to your work. This is an opportunity for someone with the right foundation and the drive to build on it.
Why This Role
Not every talented Project Manager starts out managing complex exhibit programs. Some of the strongest professionals develop by working close to the production process, learning the details, and earning greater responsibility through consistent follow-through. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how exhibit projects come together, working with experienced teams across production, logistics, operations, and client services. For someone who is curious, coachable, and motivated to grow, this is an opportunity to develop practical expertise and build toward greater project and client responsibility.Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of trade show exhibit projects from initial coordination through production, delivery, and show completion
- Coordinate project schedules, production requirements, rental inventory, transportation, and installation and dismantle logistics
- Work closely with Project Managers, fabrication teams, warehouse personnel, and vendors to keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate project documentation, track critical deadlines, and ensure important details don’t fall through the cracks
- Assist with client communications, project updates, and coordination of requests from exhibit house and experiential agency partners
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts, missing information, or production challenges and help develop practical solutions
- Support project preparation, quality checks, and final delivery requirements to ensure a consistently strong standard of execution
- Take initiative, contribute to process improvements, and assume greater project responsibilities as experience develops
Requirements
- Experience in trade show exhibits, event production, project coordination, logistics, or a related industry environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, details, and deadlines
- A practical understanding of production workflows, project timelines, and the coordination required to bring projects together
- Clear, professional communication skills and an instinct for collaboration and client service
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and a strong sense of personal accountability
- Quick to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to develop technical knowledge and project management skills
- A team-first mindset, positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for building a career in the exhibit and experiential industry
