Emerge XP is partnering with an Atlanta based custom exhibit client to identify a Graphic Designer who brings strategic creative thinking, brand discipline, and high level visual execution to the world of live brand experiences. This is a key opportunity for a designer who understands how to translate brand objectives into compelling visual assets across print, environmental, digital, and event based applications. The right person for this role knows how to create design work that does more than look strong. It must function within the real demands of exhibits, trade shows, and branded environments where clarity, scale, production quality, and speed matter. This role will contribute to the visual development of custom exhibit programs, branded environments, campaign assets, and event graphics that support both client objectives and the final in person experience.

- Develop and execute creative concepts across print, digital, environmental, and event related design applications
- Create visual assets for custom exhibits, trade show environments, branded experiences, presentations, and marketing initiatives
- Design large format exhibit graphics, signage systems, branded panels, wayfinding, and environmental visuals
- Produce print ready files and digital assets that align with project goals, brand standards, and production specifications
- Support the visual development of campaigns, product messaging, promotional materials, and sales support collateral
- Partner with creative, account, and production teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling design solutions
- Collaborate with fabricators, printers, and external vendors to ensure accurate output and high quality execution
- Help establish, maintain, and apply brand standards across multiple client and project touchpoints
- Organize and manage design assets, file structures, and version control across active projects
- Contribute to creative reviews, concept development, and design refinement throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadline discipline
- Provide guidance and creative leadership within the design process as a senior member of the team
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within exhibits, events, experiential marketing, or related environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, environmental, and digital design
- Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Proficiency
- Ability to create graphics for large format and spatial applications with an understanding of how design translates into physical environments
- Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, material considerations, and vendor specifications
- Experience designing for trade shows, exhibits, branded environments, or live events is strongly preferred
- Ability to interpret brand strategy and apply it consistently across multiple formats and touchpoints
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, production, and client facing teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work in a deadline driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with DAM systems, project management tools, and organized creative workflows is a plus
- Motion or animation skills are a plus
