This is a high impact General Manager opportunity with a nationwide Audio-Visual organization that supports high visibility client programs with tight timelines. With offices in major markets across the U.S., this team is built for scale, consistency, and service. You’ll lead the Las Vegas operation, guide a strong local team, elevate day to day execution, and build the structure that keeps performance consistent as demand grows. This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and business stewardship, plus meaningful collaboration with a larger multi location leadership group.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Las Vegas location’s daily, weekly, and monthly execution with clear priorities, strong follow through, and consistent reporting
  • Build and maintain strong operational rhythms that support quality, on time delivery, and excellent customer experience
  • Oversee location financial stewardship including petty cash, expenses, payroll oversight, and card usage with accuracy and integrity
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across facilities, vehicles, and security, including incident reporting
  • Plan for staffing and operational needs and ensure the right resources are in place to support peak periods
  • Coach and develop key managers, create alignment and accountability, and build an environment where people can do their best work
  • Hire and onboard talent thoughtfully and support performance growth through regular feedback and development
  • Handle higher level HR matters with professionalism and fairness while reinforcing a collaborative, inclusive culture
  • Share on call and weekend leadership coverage with the leadership team as needed
  • Participate in company wide trainings, forums, and meetings, bring ideas forward, and contribute to special projects
  • Support broader operational direction and assist with company wide efforts as policies dictate 

Requirement

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a time sensitive operations environment, degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong business and operational judgement, comfortable owning budgets, priorities, and performance outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead with calm, clarity, and pace, especially when priorities shift
  • Clear communicator who builds trust across teams and can navigate tough conversations constructively
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
