CAD Detailer, Exhibits, Denver

CAD Detailer, Exhibits, Denver

Salary: Based on Experience
Location: Denver
Type: Full-Time On-Site
Position: CAD Detailer

Emerge XP is partnering with a growing team in the exhibits and branded environments space to find a CAD Detailer who can bring structure, precision, and production minded thinking to custom experiential projects. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys turning early design direction into clear, organized documentation and knows how to create drawings that support both creative intent and real world execution. This team supports a wide range of custom builds and experiential work, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across project management, production, and fabrication. The pace is active, the work is hands on, and success comes from people who can think critically, communicate clearly, and create documentation others can build from with confidence. This role is an important part of that process, helping projects move cleanly from turnover through production, setup, and show submission.

Why This Role
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to have a direct hand in how experiential work comes to life. You won’t be removed from the action or limited to one narrow part of the process. Instead, you’ll play an active role in shaping how projects move from concept to build by creating the detailed drawings, templates, and setup documentation that keep everything clear, organized, and buildable. It’s a role that rewards independence, technical thinking, and attention to detail, while also offering real visibility into the bigger picture. For the right person, this is a chance to be trusted, relied on, and genuinely influential in the quality of the final product.

  • Make updates throughout the design and build process to reflect project changes and evolving needs
  • Produce show submission drawings
  • Manage multiple active projects while hitting key milestones and deadlines
  • Support additional responsibilities as needed across the team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of exhibit industry experience
  • Ability to work independently and create drawings from limited information while offering practical, workable solutions
  • Ability to produce drawings that follow established company standards and align with project scope and buildability requirements
