Associate Project Manager, Exhibits, Las Vegas

Salary: $55K-$65K
Location: Las Vegas
Type: Full-Time On-Site
Position: Associate Project Manager

Emerge XP is recruiting an Associate Project Manager for an established exhibit production and event services organization supporting exhibit houses and experiential agencies. This is an opportunity for someone who has moved beyond simply tracking tasks and is ready to take a more active role in driving projects forward. You understand how production, logistics, schedules, and client expectations connect and you want more ownership in bringing those moving parts together. We’re looking for an emerging project management professional who brings relevant industry experience, confidence in client communication, and the judgment to take initiative while continuing to learn from an experienced team.

Why This Role
More ownership. More client exposure. Real opportunity to grow.
There’s a meaningful difference between keeping a project organized and helping lead it. In this role, you’ll have responsibility for assigned project phases and smaller-scale work, with the support of senior team members when decisions become more complex. You’ll work closely with production, warehouse, logistics, and show-site teams while becoming more involved in planning, budgets, changes, and partner communication. It’s a strong next step for someone who already understands the industry and is ready to build the confidence and judgment of a well-rounded Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned exhibit projects and support larger programs from initial planning through production, show-site execution, and closeout
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for exhibit house and experiential agency partners, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
  • Coordinate project schedules, fabrication requirements, rental assets, transportation, and installation and dismantle logistics
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and operations teams to align project requirements, resources, and deadlines
  • Review project specifications, shop drawings, and production details to support accurate execution
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and scope changes, identifying potential issues and communicating their impact proactively
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and industry partners to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum
  • Support quality control, project documentation, and final deliverables to ensure a consistently strong client experience

Requirements

  • Relevant project management or coordination experience within trade show exhibits, experiential environments, exhibit fabrication, or a closely related industry
  • Working knowledge of exhibit production, fabrication processes, logistics, and I & D
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong client relationship skills with the confidence to communicate professionally and manage expectations
  • Solid organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
  • Foundational understanding of project budgets, timelines, and scope management
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented approach with sound judgment and the ability to anticipate potential challenges
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to take on increasing project and client responsibilities
