Emerge XP is partnering with a growing exhibit and brand experience company to hire an Account Manager who can bring structure, polish, and strong client care to complex exhibit programs. The successful candidate will be trusted to support established client relationships, guide communication between clients and internal teams, and help keep each program organized, aligned, and moving forward.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day to day contact for assigned client accounts and programs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and professional follow through
- Partner closely with sales and account leadership to support account success, retention, and growth
- Manage program details across scope, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, budgets, and client expectations
- Coordinate internal resources across sales, creative, project management, operations, production, logistics, finance, and outside partners
- Keep clients and internal teams aligned through organized communication, accurate documentation, and proactive updates
- Identify potential issues early and help drive solutions that protect timelines, budgets, and the client experience
- Support business reviews, post event conversations, client recaps, and account planning discussions
- Assist with proposals, RFP responses, capabilities materials, and client facing presentations as needed
- Maintain a strong understanding of show requirements, industry standards, client priorities, and program specific needs
- Help identify opportunities for organic account growth within existing client relationships
- Bring professionalism, urgency, and accountability to every stage of the client experience
- Support additional account, program, and business needs as assigned
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of account management, client service, program management, or related experience
- Experience in exhibits, trade shows, experiential marketing, branded environments, events, or a closely related industry strongly preferred
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, client priorities, and internal stakeholders at once
- Confident communicator with strong presentation, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- Professional and polished with the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and consistent with follow through
- Comfortable working across departments and keeping cross functional teams aligned
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to stay calm, resourceful, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Working knowledge of exhibit programs, event execution, production timelines, show services, logistics, and client deliverables preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or account management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to work on-site in the Milwaukee area
- Flexibility to support client needs across varied time zones when required
