We are partnering with a well established and respected company in the trade show, exhibit, and live events sector to hire a relationship-driven Account Manager for a team that plays a major role behind the scenes for conferences, trade shows, branded environments, and live event experiences.

As an Account Manager, you will be the connection between clients, production, and project success. You will guide accounts from concept through completion, balancing client communication, order coordination, and key-account outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and takes pride in seeing great work come to life. The successful Account Manager will serve as both a trusted partner and a proactive problem-solver , helping clients plan, execute, and elevate their projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing projects from estimate to delivery.

  • Prepare quotes and recommend product or service solutions based on client needs.

  • Process and track orders, coordinate logistics, and ensure on-time completion.

  • Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-up communication.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain project accuracy and timelines.

  • Monitor open estimates and ensure all details are captured and addressed.

  • Support sample requests and shipments as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong communication relationship building skills

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and proactive problem solving ability

  • Ability to manage multiple projects / account relationships in a deadline driven environment

  •  Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Professional, dependable, and eager to grow within a collaborative environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience in account management, client services, or project coordination preferred
