Production Supervisor, Exhibits, Mid-Atlantic

Salary: $70K-$90K
Location: Mid-Atlantic
Type: Full-Time On-Site
Position: Production Supervisor

Emerge XP is supporting an established organization in the exhibit, event, retail, and commercial interiors space in hiring a Production Supervisor. This is an on-site production role for someone who knows how work moves through a shop: what needs to be staged, what needs to be packed, what needs to be tracked, what can slow a job down, and what has to be handled before it becomes a problem.
This role is built around presence, follow through, and sound production judgment. The work calls for someone who can stay close to the floor, understand the schedule, communicate clearly across teams, and help keep people, materials, inventory, quality, and deadlines moving in sync.
A successful candidate could come from a lead role, production coordination, shop floor planning, hands on supervision, fabrication, warehouse operations, exhibit production, or another environment where timing, organization, and accountability matter every day.
Why This Role
This is a smart next move for someone ready to take on more ownership without being pulled away from the work itself. You’ll have a visible role in how projects move from kickoff to completion, with exposure to scheduling, labor planning, job costing, inventory, rental components, staging, returns, and cross functional coordination.
It is a role for someone who likes solving the practical issues that happen between the plan and the finished job. The value here is in bringing order to moving parts, helping the team work cleaner, and making sure production has what it needs before deadlines start closing in.
