Senior Account Manager, Exhibits, Remote

Salary: $90K-$110K
Location: Remote
Type: Remote
Position: Senior Account Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a high caliber, design forward experiential environment creating custom exhibits, rental programs, mobile activations, and permanent branded spaces for companies that expect their trade show presence to do more than simply show up. This role is built for someone who knows how to lead the client experience with confidence, urgency, polish, and command. You’ll connect the dots between client expectations, creative vision, production realities, show services, logistics, labor, and financial performance. If you’re equal parts client strategist, project operator, detail hawk, and calm under pressure problem solver, this is the kind of opportunity that lets you bring the full weight of your experience to the table.

Why This Role
This role is ideal for the person who walks into client conversations and creates immediate confidence, translates creative concepts into real world execution, spots risk before it becomes expensive, protects timelines, margins, and relationships at the same time, and understands that great exhibit work is both beautiful and operationally disciplined.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary operational lead for assigned exhibit accounts from contract handoff through final closeout
  • Partner closely with account executives, clients, designers, production teams, warehouse teams, vendors, and show-site partners
  • Lead client communication with clarity, professionalism, and ownership
  • Build and maintain project timelines, internal action plans, deliverable schedules, and documentation
  • Translate client needs, design intent, and approved scopes into executable production and show plans
  • Prepare and manage proposals, estimates, work orders, change orders, service forms, and project updates
  • Monitor project budgets, flag cost exposure early, and support margin protection across each account
  • Coordinate internal meetings including project handoffs, production kickoffs, readiness reviews, and post show recaps
  • Oversee quality expectations across exhibit assets, graphics, rentals, refurbishment, and show deliverables
  • Manage show services, labor coordination, freight/logistics details, install/dismantle planning, and vendor communication
  • Prepare complete field packets and show-site documentation for supervisors, labor teams, and client facing teams
  • Track billable changes, overtime, materials, freight, services, and other client related costs
  • Support accurate invoicing and job closeout with organized backup and clear project notes
  • Maintain account records, storage details, inventory updates, and recurring program documentation
  • Keep multiple projects moving at once without losing sight of detail, tone, or client experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management, project management, or client services experience within exhibits, trade shows, experiential production, branded environments, or a closely related field
  • Strong understanding of exhibit design, fabrication, materials, graphics, rentals, show services, and production workflows
  • Experience managing complex client programs with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, budgets, and moving parts
  • Ability to read and interpret layouts, renderings, production drawings, floor plans, and show documentation
  • Confidence managing client conversations, expectation setting, scope changes, and issue resolution
  • Experience coordinating installation/dismantle labor, show-site services, vendors, freight, and on site execution
  • Strong financial awareness, including estimating support, cost tracking, change management, and margin protection
  • Highly organized with excellent follow through, documentation discipline, and deadline management
  • Able to collaborate with cross functional teams through influence, clarity, and accountability
  • Polished, proactive communicator who understands how to represent a premium brand
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities shift and timelines matter
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience strongly considered
