We’re looking for a high drive Account Executive to generate new business within the trade show industry by opening doors, building relationships, and winning new revenue with exhibit houses, trade show marketers, fabricators, and brand teams. Supporting customers across the trade show space, this organization partners with exhibitors, exhibit partners, and brand teams to help create high-impact environments that strengthen face to face marketing and elevate presence on the show floor. This is an opportunity for a business development professional who understands the pace, complexity, and urgency of trade show execution and can sell with credibility in a highly specialized market. The right candidate is proactive, connected, competitive, and motivated by building pipeline, creating opportunity, and driving long term revenue growth through strong industry relationships and consistent sales performance.

- Generate new business opportunities within the trade show industry
- Prospect and develop relationships with exhibit houses, exhibit producers, trade show-focused agencies, and corporate brand marketers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Identify and pursue strategic accounts with high repeat revenue potential
- Lead outreach efforts that create new conversations, meetings, and sales opportunities
- Position the company’s solutions as a valuable part of the overall exhibit environment
- Partner closely with internal design and production teams to align customer needs with project possibilities
- Develop account growth strategies that turn new wins into repeat business
- Maintain visibility into market activity, target accounts, and competitive opportunities
- Drive consistent sales activity with a strong focus on revenue generation and relationship development
Requirements
- Prior business development or sales experience within the trade show industry is required
- Strong understanding of the trade show ecosystem, including exhibitors, exhibit houses, agencies, and production timelines
- Ability to build credibility quickly with industry decision makers
- Experience developing new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-based selling
- Strong communication skills with a confident, professional client-facing presence
- Self starter mindset with a high level of urgency, ownership, and follow through
- Ability to work independently while contributing to broader company growth goals
- Existing trade show industry relationships or a current book of business is a major plus
- Clear understanding of how to sell into fast-moving, deadline driven exhibit environments
