Emerge XP is supporting a growth-focused, full-service exhibit and experiential organization in hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive net-new business. This role is ideal for someone who loves opening doors, creating demand, and converting high-value prospects into long-term clients. You’ll sell a robust portfolio of trade show and face-to-face marketing solutions (custom builds, rentals, and turnkey support) and work in close alignment with marketing on prospecting strategy, lead generation, and pipeline execution. Responsibilities
Drive Net-New Revenue

Sell a full suite of trade show and experiential solutions - products, services, and brand experiences

Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects into new clients

Build credibility quickly through consultative discovery and value-based storytelling
Build and Manage a Strong Pipeline

Own pipeline creation and momentum through consistent prospecting and follow-up

Use email, social outreach, cold calling, and in-person engagement to generate opportunities

Leverage a modern sales tech stack to improve efficiency, activity, and conversion
Close High-Value Deals

Lead strategic business discussions especially with enterprise-level stakeholders

Manage pricing approach, deal strategy, and forecasting with strong discipline

Close business with a focus on strong win rates and healthy deal sizes
Partner With Marketing

Collaborate on prospecting strategy, lead generation programs, and campaign execution

Utilize marketing content/value propositions to support outreach, nurture, and conversion
Grow New Accounts Post-Win

Develop land-and-expand strategies to deepen newly acquired relationships over 12 months

Identify expansion opportunities and connect solutions to evolving client goals
Requirements

5+ years of B2B sales experience (custom exhibits, trade show, experiential)

Proven ability to hunt, close, and drive net-new revenue

Confident, self-directed, and consistent with daily outbound activity

Strong CRM proficiency and comfort using prospecting tools and sales enablement platforms

Disciplined pipeline management with a conversion-focused approach

Ability to sell into enterprise accounts and facilitate strategic discussions

Highly collaborative communicator—internally and externally
