RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead projects from kickoff to installation, keeping teams aligned and on track

• Build and manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Coordinate drawings, estimates, vendors, finishes, and show services

• Keep production, graphics, and finishing teams informed and supported

• Oversee shipping, install planning, and on-site execution

• Conduct post-show reviews to refine processes and maintain client inventories

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years’ project management or drafting experience in the trade show/exhibit industry

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite preferred
