RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead projects from kickoff to installation, keeping teams aligned and on track

Build and manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Coordinate drawings, estimates, vendors, finishes, and show services

Keep production, graphics, and finishing teams informed and supported

Oversee shipping, install planning, and on-site execution

Conduct post-show reviews to refine processes and maintain client inventories
REQUIREMENTS

2+ years’ project management or drafting experience in the trade show/exhibit industry

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite preferred
