RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and networking across the Las Vegas event landscape

Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers in event production, AV, and marketing teams

Craft compelling proposals and solutions that align with client goals and event timelines

Manage orders end-to-end, ensuring every detail is accounted for including inventory, logistics, timelines, and communication

Maintain a steady pipeline and exceed sales activity goals and revenue targets

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution

Serve as a consultative partner, staying current on AV gear, live event production trends, and emerging technologies
REQUIREMENTS

5–10 years of experience in AV or live events with a strong sales pipeline

Proven success in sales...you're known as a “go-to” closer and a trusted partner to your clients

In-depth knowledge of AV equipment including audio, video, lighting, and computing gear

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
