Our client is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive net new client acquisition and accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in building strategic relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals. The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling the business by identifying opportunities, leading targeted outreach efforts, and working cross-functionally to deliver client-centric solutions that generate measurable impact.

The ideal candidate brings a hunter’s mentality paired with consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate enterprise-level conversations. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role with clear pathways for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sell the company’s full suite of exhibit, experiential, and digital service offerings

  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects across trade show and face-to-face marketing sectors

  • Build and convert a robust sales pipeline using outbound techniques including email, social media, cold calls, and in-person networking

  • Partner with marketing to align messaging, outreach content, and lead generation strategies

  • Use CRM systems and sales enablement tools to track pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and activity milestones

  • Lead client conversations with a focus on strategic fit, value creation, and long-term partnership development

  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing strategies, and closing tactics that result in high win rates and scalable revenue

  • Represent the company with confidence and clarity during client engagements and industry events

Requirements

  •  5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a focus on new client acquisition

  • Experience in the trade show or experiential marketing industry

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales, complex deal cycles, and strategic account development

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales outreach tools

  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a revenue-focused pipeline

  • Comfortable with up to 10% overnight travel for client meetings and industry events
