Estimator, Exhibits, Orlando

Estimator, Exhibits, Orlando

Salary: Based on Experience
Location: Orlando, Florida | Relocation Assistance Available
Type: Full-Time On-Site
Position: Estimator

We are partnering with an established exhibit and branded environment firm to hire an experienced Estimator for its Orlando based team. This is a key role inside the production process for the person who helps determine what a project will take, how it should be built, where costs need to be protected, and how the team can move forward with confidence. The ideal candidate understands the exhibit industry from the inside and how an estimate supports the build. They can read drawings, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, work across departments, and bring clarity to projects that are often moving fast and changing quickly. This role requires strong technical understanding, sharp cost awareness, and the ability to communicate clearly with sales, project management, design, production, logistics, vendors, and leadership. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys the details, understands how custom exhibit work comes together, and takes pride in helping a team price work accurately before it reaches production.

Why This Role
Strong estimating shapes how confidently a team can sell, plan, build, and deliver. In this role, your work sits at the intersection of design intent, production reality, and client expectation. You’ll help turn concepts, drawings, scope, materials, labor, vendor input, and timing into estimates the team can trust. This is a strong fit for the professional who understands custom exhibit production well enough to move beyond line items and bring real judgment to the process. Someone who knows how the work comes together, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in getting the details right before the project moves forward. For an estimator who likes being close to the build and valued for their technical eye, this role offers the chance to be part of a team where the work is detailed, visible, and built with purpose.

  • Manage multiple active estimates while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail
